Kris Kiler, President

Kris created TypeLabs to build upon his contribution to the field of human personality differences. Kris has been a member of the psychological type community for over 14 years. From 2001-2007, Kris was president and chief executive officer of Unite Media Group Inc, an Internet services, publishing and consulting organization focused on human personality differences. At UMG, he worked extensively with corporate trainers and management consultants to create custom training programs and to develop and implement successful and innovative corporate training initiatives using personality differences models. He also published more than twenty-seven publications through Telos Publications by a variety of writers and collaborators–overseeing everything from acquisition, editing, design, printing, and marketing.

Kris is the author of Leading Engagement: An Executive Summary (forthcoming), the Free Special Report: The Role of Talent Development in Employee Engagement and the co-creator of the Professionalism and Business Etiquette: Keys to Intentional Success workshop.
